Vbet is a newly added casino to AskGamblers family and that was the first time I heard about them. I was really interested because they have various software providers, including my favorites- Netent and Microgaming. I signed up, verified email and then contacted live support and I was happy to see it was so easy to do. Few moments later I asked about their promotions and whether they have some no deposit I could have. I was told that they don't have any welcome bonus or free bonus at the moment and all I could have is a Cashback offer. I thought maybe I should wait a little and decided to not deposit right away. A few days ago I remembered about them and decided it’s the right time to try them with deposit.

I tried to login with my details but I got error message, saying the credentials aren’t correct. I tried again, then I reset the password, tried to login and again the same problem occurred. I was sure there was something wrong as I very rarely have such problems. I contacted live support, explained my situation and at first support didn’t know what was the problem. Then I was asked for my ID number, and only then I was told that my government has blocked gaming sites in my country. I was aware of that, but many sites still accept players from my country or just don’t allow to register, while here I was a member. Then support told me that for my security my account will be temporarily suspended and if anything changes in the future, I will be able to play there. I can understand that things like this can happen but I was very upset with the way they handled it. I didn’t get any email, text message, nothing that would inform me about this and I don’t think it’s very professional.

Overall I do think they are decent casino, I think they have very nice selection of games and live chat agents I spoke with were helpful and friendly. I just wish they would have informed me about my account being suspended because I was a member there.

Of curiosity, I contacted their live chat support. I was surprised that they have support available in several world languages. Also I realized that maybe is not the fastest but it is certainly a solid support. However considering that the casino is in the background VBET simply is no place for me, at least not for now. First, I made a deposit with 60€ which was transfered from my bank account to the website, but the money never showed up in my casino wallet. I wait alittle just in case theres some lag or similiar, but no. The money never showed up. I then contact the online chat support which, first of all, take ages to answer even a simple question. After some time waiting they answer me that I have to send in my documents for them to even VIEW my account. I try, politely, to ask for help with my money at first and later on I will send my documents but once again I am refused help. The support never even mention the money.

The "Documents department" is also a GMAIL account which sends bad shivers, seriously? I've never seen a public email account being used for precious documents. My guts tell me that this casino is a sham, I am sorry to say so.

I have nothing positive to say about this casino. I never got the chance to play.

I deposited 10 eur, but it didn't show up, so I chatted with support and they told me to scan my credit card and id to be able to pay. So I answered "Why?" and the told me they wanted to know the card is mine. I said its easier for me to play at another casino then and let them keep the 10 eur. Their answer was "its your decision". They gonna need that 10 eur I believe :)

Only these are the main problem otherwise casino is Excellent.

Many bugs in Betconstruct Live Games, need to fix it immediately and also balance transfer.
