I am submitting this formal complaint against MyStake Casino due to an excessively delayed withdrawal request that has been pending for over three weeks, with no concrete progress despite multiple follow-ups.

My account is fully verified, and I have complied with all bonus terms and conditions. There are no pending wagering requirements or violations on my side.

Since requesting the withdrawal, I have contacted Mystake support multiple times via email (to [email protected]) and live chat. Their responses have consistently been vague, telling me “not to worry” and that I would “receive updates soon” or that the payment is “being processed.” However, no actual update or payment has been provided, and the withdrawal remains in “pending” status.

As of today (January 8, 2026), more than 23 days have passed, which far exceeds the casino’s stated processing times for bank transfers (typically 3-7 business days according to their terms). This prolonged delay is causing me significant inconvenience and frustration, and I feel that the casino is not handling my legitimate withdrawal request in good faith.

I kindly request the AskGamblers Complaints Team to mediate and assist in resolving this matter by ensuring MyStake processes and completes my withdrawal promptly.

Unfortunately, I created an account here to gamble and did KYC as soon as I made the account, deposited, and played without any problems.

Started winning on slots and live esports betting, made around 40k, and then I went on a losing streak and decided it's time to withdraw profits.

First withdrawal was on 23-October and was successful, second one was on 24-October and was declined, and my account was locked. They just said it's under review for something suspicious.

To be honest, I dont know exactly what suspicious I did, I followed the t&c rules and played fairly.

Note:

I dont think they really need 6 months to do a review. They are doing this on purpose, so with that being said, everyone who gets lucky and wins a larger amount of money will do the same to you. No point in playing here.

My account has been frozen for over a month. I can't deposit money, withdraw money, or place any bets. From what I've learned, they're investigating me.

My account has been verified numerous times, and I've passed them without any issues.

I've never used any bonuses. I've always been guided by honesty and fair play.

It's a shame that my account is now frozen and I can't do anything with it, as I've repeatedly recommended this casino to people as a trustworthy one.

I would like to submit a complaint regarding a big withdrawal issue with MyStake Casino.

On this date, I requested two separate withdrawals from my verified MyStake account, for a total amount of €3,500:

Withdrawal #1: €1,500

Withdrawal #2: €2,000

The first withdrawal of €1,500 has been successfully approved and paid. However, the second withdrawal of €2,000 was rejected, even though all KYC procedures were fully completed and confirmed by MyStake several times.

Before submitting my withdrawals, I provided all the requested documents, including:

full bank statement

proof of residence

front and back of my bank card

passport (full identity document)

live video verification confirming my identity

confirmation through their WhatsApp KYC channel

MyStake then informed me multiple times (via email and WhatsApp) that my KYC was “fully verified” and that I was eligible for withdrawals.

I have screenshots confirming:

the successful KYC validation

that my identity and payment method were approved

that my account is verified

payment of the first withdrawal

several withdrawal rejections and no reasons provided

The €2,000 withdrawal was rejected with the explanation: “excessive sports winnings”

I carefully checked the casino’s Terms & Conditions and could not find any clause stating that withdrawals can be denied due to “excessive sports winnings”.

I did not use any bonuses,

I did not violate any casino rules,

I did not use VPN,

I did not open multiple active accounts,

And previous withdrawals were successfully approved.

I have all the documentation and screenshots to support these statements.

What I am requesting

I kindly ask AskGamblers to assist me in receiving the remaining €2,000 from my balance, as I believe the rejection reason is not based on any written term, and my account verification has already been confirmed multiple times. They are holding my funds on purpose.

and all the fake "reasons" they gave me for not paying me.

I am filing a complaint against MyStake bookmaker for incorrectly settling a winning bet as a loss.

I placed a combined bet on 3 October 2025 (Paris FC vs Lorient, Ligue 1) which included a selection “Over 2.5 cards” (odds 1.19). The total stake was €560.18, total odds 2.91, and expected winnings €1,630.

The match produced 3 yellow cards, confirmed by official Ligue 1 (LFP) data and other reputable sources (Flashscore, ESPN). However, MyStake settled this market as lost, citing WhoScored.com — which later corrected its mistake to reflect the true result (3 cards).

I contacted their support multiple times (via live chat on 4–5 Oct and emails on 6–7 Oct) with no reply or correction. They refused to recheck despite clear evidence.

• Screenshot of bet slip showing “Over 2.5 cards” as lost

• Official LFP/Flashscore results confirming 3 cards

• WhoScored corrected data screenshot

• Chat screenshots with MyStake refusing to correct

I played on Mystake periodically and had no problems with verification or withdrawals. I deposited $200, played a little, and requested a withdrawal of $370 using the TRC20 address to which I had already made a withdrawal several months earlier, and everything went smoothly. A day later, I received an email:

"Dear Stanislav,

We are contacting you regarding your account.

Please note that you need to change your password for safety reasons. Once you have taken action, confirm it to us via email and we will enable the features of your account.

If you have any further questions or inquiries, please do not hesitate to contact us. We will be more than happy to assist you anytime.

I changed my password and access was restored, but the withdrawal was rejected. I created a new request and the same thing happened the next day.

I wrote to support and they told me that the withdrawal takes up to 3 days and there are no problems.

I hope this issue will be resolved as soon as possible.

A few months ago, I registered with mystake and completed KYC verification, then deposited money into mystake's sports betting platform. My luck was terrible, and I lost over $10,000 in a month, which was very frustrating. Then, in July, I started winning some money. On July 21st, I requested a withdrawal, but they rejected it.

They asked me to film a video with the date, my name, their website, and my user name, and to read out this information in English.

I did as they asked, but they told me to wait for an email response. Fifteen days later, on August 4th, I finally received an email from them saying the video had been verified. During this time, I continued betting on sports, and my account had accumulated $10,114. I requested a withdrawal, but they rejected it again. Even though I had completed all their requirements, they still wouldn't allow me to withdraw the money from my account.

They've repeatedly denied my withdrawals.
