Jetbull Casino - 24 Stunden Sperre wurde ganz einfach aufgehoben

Am 29. September 2022 habe ich bei Jetbull.com eine Auszahlung von 1400 Euro beantragt. Da ich wusste, dass eine Auszahlung erst bearbeitet wird, wenn der Support online ist, habe ich mein Konto für 24 Stunden sperren lassen. Auch um mich vor mir selbst zu schützen. Damit ich die Zahlung nicht storniere. Nach 5 Stunden Wartezeit kam der Support online. Da ich dort das höchste VIP-Level habe, kann ich meine Auszahlung schneller bearbeiten lassen. Eine Auszahlung dauert in der Regel weniger als 1 Stunde.

Seltsamerweise hatte der Support die Auszahlung sehr lange hinausgezögert. Gründe waren unter anderem, dass die Finanzabteilung angeblich nicht da war. Freunde von mir erhielten jedoch weiterhin ihre Auszahlungen. Nicht ich. Weitere Stunden vergingen. Am Ende hieß es, man wisse nicht, wann die Finanzabteilung arbeite. Notfalls müsste ich bis zum Abend auf den Manager warten, Edit.

Das war nicht normal, nur für mich als VIP. Trotzdem fragte ich, ob sie das 24-Stunden-Verbot aufheben könnten. Ohne zu zögern war dies innerhalb von 1 Sekunde erledigt. Ohne zu fragen oder zu sichern. Ich kam auf mein Konto zurück und stornierte die Auszahlung von 1400 Euro und verspielte das meiste davon. Allerdings hätte es nie passieren dürfen. Auch die MGA schreibt vor, dass es technisch nicht möglich sein sollte, eine 24-Stunden-Sperre aufzuheben. Wie gesagt, ich habe das zum Selbstschutz benutzt.

Jetbull Casino - Delay and Misleading Withdraw Process
The reason I selected Jetbull Casino was because of the bank transfer withdraw option they offered . This is the method I use to withdraw funds if I am so lucky to win. I was fortunate and won $800 Canadian on April 25th . I requested to withdraw those winnings at that time and now they are saying that they do not offer the bank transfer option to Canadians. The reason they claim is because of the “closed loop policy” which is a part of the UK Gaming Commission which Jetbull Casino is licensed under.

Actually Jetbull Casino is Licensed under both the UK Gaming Commission which has the policy closed loop policy, and the Malta Gaming Authority which does not have this policy. The “closed loop policy” states how a customer deposits funds into their Jetbull account is the way they have to withdraw them. The Malta Gaming Authority does not have this policy in place which means a casino and customer can withdraw funds through various process. It seems Jetbull Casino is choosing what license to use or why else would they have two license. So now JetBull Casinos could potentially switch between the two licenses and delay or even deny a customers of their winnings.
I deposited funds into my JetBull account through my Visa debit, and they do not accept a reversal or a deposit back onto the debit card from casinos. I know this and this the reason I look for casinos that offer “bank transfers” as an option.

On their website as well as a majority of the casino review websites states that the bank transfer process is available to Canadian players. The choice of withdrawing funds is not disclosed until you go to withdraw and then it is too late since you already deposited and playing.
Now they are saying the only option available to me is to use a certain e-wallet which I don’t have an account as I have closed it for reasons.

I have sent email to their head office, EveryMatrix NV Casinos and their money management company Gammatrix Business Unit a recommendation that came through one of my many chat conversation. I received an email saying that they have created a “ticket “and nothing since it has been a good week now. Nice public relations!

So, it has been over two weeks now and it has been a very poor experience with this Jetbull Casino in regards to withdrawing funds and their communications department...

“I understand your frustration, but....."

Why is this an issue so often? You would think the licensing bodies would tighten up on these types of misleading practices...

Jetbull Casino - Account closure and without further explanation
Hi, I made £210 deposits on jetbull casino in 3 seperate deposits after successfuly creating an account. I got to £300 and tried to withdraw £230 however it wouldnt let me. I spoke to an online agent who advised me to keep trying. I did and it still wouldnt work. I continued to play for a little longer and then attenpted to withdraw again only to then have a message pop up saying your account has been self excluded!! I asked an online agent why this was and she refused to give me ANY information and told me to email every matrix and i was advised i would get a response within 24 hours. 2 emails and 80 hours later and i havent even had so much as an acknowledgement!? I have looked through all sites operated by every matrix and i dont recall ever self excluding from any of their sites. Its now been nearly 4 days and i am stuck! Jetbull have took my deposits refused to let me withdraw £230 and then blocked my account without any reason when i tried to make another withdrawal. If i have self excluded from another one of their sites (which i dont recall) why have they allowed me to sign up and make 3 seperate deposits. Why when i tried to make a withdrawal was i fobbed off with 'keep trying' and allowed to continue to play? Why was my account blocked without reason? Why was i told i would get a response within 24 hours only to recieve nothing!? Are jetbull just allowed to take/keep my deposits AND winnings!?

Jetbull Casino - Unfairly confiscated legitimate winnings upon migrating my account from another Every Matrix casino
On 7th June I signed up to Favour it casino - part of the EveryMatrix Group and a sister site of Jetbull. Before I was allowed to make my first deposit I had to verify my account. On 8th of June I was allowed to make my first deposit of £150 and claim a 200% bonus. With this bonus I was delighted to win £7797.80. Unfortunately when I logged in to play with my balance on 10th of June I was unable to use any of the games and soon after I received an email saying that Favour it was to cease trading immediately. My balance was to be migrated to Jetbull (which I had never even heard of) and quelle surprise - any bonus winnings which had not been fully wagered would be cancelled. Quite clearly this is the definition of a rogue casino operator. Unfortunately it is very difficult to bring this company to justice. Favouor it no longer respond to any correspondence as they have ceased to trade, and Jetbull are claiming that they have nothing to do with it (despite the fact that they are where my money now is) and tell me to email favour it again. I have emailed UKGC who were the regulator for Favour it but they say they are not the Alternative Dispute Regulator for Favour it and I need to contact eCogra to handle an individual dispute. eCogra say they are no longer the ADR for Favour it as they no longer exist and their licence with UKGC is 'inactive' - does this simply mean that they can close down and instantly no longer have to answer to any kind of regulatory body? I am fed up of being sent round in circles and cant believe it is this easy for a casino to close down and completely dissappear. Quite clearly Jetbull/EveryMatrix need to step up and take responsibility.

Game selection they did pay money to me....but as always the good outweighs.

10% cashback was never paid and my fpp points were stopped as I checked them regularly. I won 40k but I played 50k in rand on the tables as I felt sorry for them I also played down 97k nzd and 330000 rand and my fpp points and cash back were never paid back...so after losing a lot obviously feeling like a louie jetbull failed to give me the VIP service I deserve. I deposited 165000 rand in the last month and a half and the casino manager lied and tried to offer me a few measly 1500 dollar payments and 3000 dollar payments I know if given jet bull a hell of a lot and more after been paid ludicrous amounts yet they stop my bonus points and fail to give me my correct cash back kickback...they are laughing I'm poor see more in complaint coming very soon George Luungu. Thanks for ignoring my emails and leaving me in the dark.

Withdrawal gets cancelled, when cool off period gets chosen! Like this you cannot make any withdrawal, if the account is not opened. Never seen at any operator. Seriously a shame, when a MGA operator is trying to push to keep the account opened. Be carefully with such guys, I felt into the trap.

Customer services here and promotions are rubbish. no vip offers. I am a VIP player of more than 20 years so I expect exceptional customer services and perks as I make high deposits.

The vip service here is non existent and left me frustrated despite emails to vip manager so I can't rank it highly at all. Finally gave up on it.

I have a quickie quiz. What does a jet have in common with a bull? Aah, clever you! A casino! Yes, of course, none other than Jetbull Casino. Well, you are more clever than me, no doubt, because I didn't know what they had in common, until I came across this name whilst letting my fingers do some free roaming. I saw Microgaming in their list of software providers, but I wasn't impressed, nor interested. NetEnt, ah, yes, this should do nicely. 50 free spins, ah, yes, even better. So I signed up.

Those free spins doesn't come cheap, as I soon found out. It required a deposit of $50 minimum, but the free spins would only be credited into my account upon request via the casino's support. Not only that, they would only be credited in the following day. What a load of bull this was to me! Why must the casino make things so blardy difficult for players? Why can't they just give those free spins easily like at other casinos, without needing to write in, to request for it, and then have to wait for it too? When it comes to choice of games, I must admit that Jetbull has a very impressive collection of games available, from several different providers. What I dislike most about playing at Jetbull Casino online, is the awfully long waiting time for the casino's software to load up! My slow crawling ISP would make things even more worse for me! This was one of the main reasons why I finally decided to leave the casino on my display shelf!

Now, in 2016, the casino is no longer accessible to me, due to the recent imposed blockages by my local authorities, but losing Jetbull Casino actually makes no impact to me whatsoever. I didn't feel any sense of loss, because Jetbull was never a hit with me.

I did play here for a few occasions in my hopper experience. Nothing special, my small payout arrived 3 days later than they said it would.

Everyone should seriously stay away from this casino. You can see the last complaint which was unresolved all screenshot makes it crystal clear but they still did not care at all they will never solve any problem and they will not bother to reply at all.

All will they say we are waiting for a reply but they never answer which is pretty clear they dont care. Stay away from this casino as they are just willing to take yourr money.

I have no clue how have I missed Jetbull casino so far. They have great rank on AskGamblers, few of my favorite game providers, including Microgaming and Netent, and a great welcome bonus offer- 100% match up up to 200€ with 30x wagering. I saw them when I was looking for a welcome bonus offer on askgamblers and I was very happy to see this one. I immediately went to their page and signed up. Their chat was offline, so I just made my deposit of 25€ and claimed the match bonus.

With 50€ balance I went to play Jack and the Beasntalk, I just love the game. I placed 0.20€ bets and played 250 spins, within them I got 1 bonus round, but it was very upsetting- it got me only 2€ win. After the autoplay my balance was down to 27€. I decided to switch to Go Bananas. I placed the same minimum bets for 250 spins. I had a few "big wins" so after the autoplay ended I had boosted my balance up for 5€. Then I increased bets to 0.40€ per spin and played the same amount of autoplay, few decent wins came, however, my balance was starting to go down and when this autoplay was done, I had around 3€ left and I used them on Starburst. Even with 0.10€ bets Starburst didn't love me at all and gave me only dead spins, I mean, I didn't even get one spin with wild stars, which happens rarely.

I think Jetbull casino has a great looking lobby, nice bonuses and amazing game selection. I wish they had always able live chat, but that is my only criticism, because other than that everything was great. Flash play worked really good, I didn't experience any flaws. I will definitely keep this casino in my top list and although I haven't withdrawn from them, I think they are trustworthy. And I definitely want to try their live casino.
