Nothing really, site looks nice that is about all they have going for them, but since I am required to fill this out to post a review here it is. I suppose its also pretty responsive lag wise.

Pretty much everything. Promotions they always find a way out of not honoring. Their dice game you cannot verify individual rolls like other sites and if you ever play it you will most likely see why they don't have that feature as many have already pointed out. Has to be the only crypto casino that has a minimum deposit roll over before you can even withdraw your own money on most games. Pretty much everything about this site is horrible including support.

Nothing good to say about Fortunejack, not anymore because they have gone downhill and fast

First off, I started playing here in 2015 and was a loyal player for years. I stopped playing for the most part when they re-designed their website and lost the mobile versions for over a year. Well they got their mobile website back up about 2 weeks ago finally and I was excited but didn't last long.

In the month of March I deposited about 0.15 btc or equivalent of $750. Thoughout the same month I won .04 btc or equivalent $200. So as a result, in total I lost .11 btc or equivalent $550. That program they have, I think they call it a "loyalty program" although I'm not sure why because loyalty isn't in Fortunejacks vocabulary. Well anyways I was about 5% off from qualifing for the 2% Cashback losses they offer as part of the non-loyalty, I mean loyalty program. So I ask for some free spins because I was so close to getting it but didnt and they said no. Shocker!

Nothing changes with them, unless your dropping $10,000 a week they don't care about you. That loyalty program is the worst one I've ever seen and I've played at a lot of casinos. They were better off when they didn't have one at all in my opinion.

On top of that their affiliate program is just as bad as their casino if not, worse. They have so many rules in their T&C's in place so they don't have to pay out any commission affiliates earn. First off, their minimum balance to withdraw affiliate earnings is 0.02 btc. Really? How about there should be a minimum because the money belongs to me for bringing in paying players. Second, they require an affiliate to have at least 7 first depositing players in order to get automatic monthly payments paid out to the affiliate. That's just 2 rules that are in place to limit Fortunejack from paying their affiliatea.

They should take some lessons from some other casinos. Like probably the most popular one I can think of ( rhymes with take) offer total transparency, daily and weekly giveaways, rakeback, any affiliate commissioms earned can be instantly withdrawn no matter the amount, they supercede in so many ways.

I'm so fed up with you Fortunejack, I'm gone for good. Keep my 0.012 btc in affiliate commission and your loyalty program and all the other shady practices you guys do.

< content removed >.They will not give me my 25 free spins which I earned by placing on their leaderboard. They make you claim the same bonus twice one day apart. Only gives 24 hours to claim a bonus which I had to earn by wagering. On their T&C they state "The Top 50 winners will receive their prize within 24 hours after the promotion ends." which is not true.more like 72 hours. Then they follow up with this crap in the end

These guys are a joke.And their loyalty program is also a big joke.To advance from the lowest level to the next, you need to wager $1,000,000.00 USD and they give you only a month to do it.These guys got their heads up each others asses. Don't waste your money here. Customer support is terrible.

I very sad about fortunejack welcome bonus, they write free up to 110% and up to 1.5btc when u first deposit, ok, I put all my btc in because of the promotion, then I saw the bonus there have that 110% capital, but the problem is, u must use all ur initial capital which mean ur real money only can use the bonus capital.
Fine, I lost all my real money, is time to use bonus money right?
After that I find out only can use on slot, wagered need 40x only can change back to real money, but I play on slot until more than 2000x, the wagered only 18%, this really drive me crazy, I almost lose all my bonus capital now, if fortunejack don't want let people cash out the bonus capital, please don't say bonus capital up to 110%, this is useless, they so limitation, force people play only slot, I don't like to play slot, and the wagered total cheating, 40X on other games, but they not allow us to play other games?

I deposit by BTC the waitting time over half hr. That's fine np. the bad thing is when I make withdraw the pending time over 12hrs and still pending. I was deposit by BTC still pending for long time. They do not follow the responsible gambling rules. I lost 5ķ$ last night again because they reactivated my account.

I've asked to be block "FOREVER" and "PERMANENTLY" but you can always get it reactivate easily just by answering few questions via email.

Fortune Jack is the most unreliable unsophisticated and untechnical casino I have ever played at. What casino lets you access their site take your deposit and play by mobile phone and when something goes wrong says its your fault cause they are not a mobile site. Its 2019 eveyone has a mobile platform but you.

I am constantly plagued with game errors randomn disconnects when there is nothing wrong with my internet. I swear they disconnect me on purpose to interupt a winning streak, or manipulate the games somehow, in my opinion.

Then comes their Plinko, I have seen Plinko balls bounce from the outside edge all the way to the middle slot unnaturally to say the least. The best part is if you look at their list of bigger wins IT IS THE SAME 2-3 PEOPLE everday 29X, 83X winners, guess nobody else ever gets lucky in Plinko. I question if they are even real people. I sent them a video of errors in the game they tell me my fault try another device, and I was on my laptop for once.

No faith no trust in Fortune Jack for this player. It also makes me wonder what Askgambler’s knows about these guys since even with positive reviews they can get above 5 stars ( I take that as a hint only wish I had done it sooner.)

I like the variety of games, and the graphics. I enjoy playing on fortunejack.

My Ltc deposit has been pending for hours, yet it has over 80 confirmations on the blockchain. Chat only said sorry it may take hours to have support reach out to me. That really don't make sense to me when it's already been confirmed through the blockchain. Just sitting here pending on my account. I could be enjoying the games playing, but unfortunately deposit issues take hours to solve. Really disappointed!

2nd Bonus issue

1st Bonus activated and I received BONUS AMOUNT: 4295.99949788 XDG, But it was failed after I received Bonus amount, but I did not place any bet.

This review is a huge shout out to my girl Scarlet!
I was having trouble accessing some of the features of FortuneJack, and more anxiety inducing, wasn’t having any success cashing out some recent winnings. Initially, I thought “great, just like every other p-o-s casino out there”. However, I quickly had to eat my words once the support team kicked it into gear. Scarlet had my problems sorted out quickly, and even though it was obviously stupidity on my behalf, she never gave me any guff about it. She had me cashed out and back to enjoying all the games they have to offer in less than 10 minutes. Which is literally faster than it took the barista at Starbucks to fix my latte yesterday.
