Signed up, made a deposit with no bonus, managed to get a good balance and having withdrawn from dozens of dama casinos I know the process well. Upload documents and hit withdraw, I can see my documents were approved However the withdrawal stayed pending for 7 days lol never seen it happen before at a dama casino. Support not helpful, get usual copy and paste responses and let's be grown ups here and point out that this is simply so you reverse your withdrawal and play it. In the end I had seen enough of how this casino operates and was happy to zero my balance and close the account.
