Hallo, nach erfolgreichem durchlaufen des verifizierunsprozesses wurde 2 mal die Auszahlung akzeptiert, jedoch nicht durchgeführt. Plötzlich ist im Casinokonto wieder die Auszahlung als Guthaben zu sehen. Jedes Mal werde ich vom Support vertröstet und soll erneut eine Auszahlung tätigen. Abgesehen davon würde ich genötigt dies via Banktransfer zu tun obwohl ich mit der Kreditkarte eingezahlt hatte. Natürlich ist der Mindestbetrag 10x höher als bei der benutzten Einzahlungsmethode.

Nach der Verifizierung wurde ungewöhnlicherweise ein Selfie mit meinem Ausweis verlangt. Obwohl ich dies erneut eingereicht habe, dauert die Auszahlung an, und seit dem 22. Dezember 2023, 17:25, bin ich offiziell verifiziert, aber das Geld ist noch nicht eingegangen. Der Support hat mir nicht weitergeholfen, stattdessen erhalte ich seit 6 Tagen täglich dieselbe Copy-Paste-Nachricht. Bitte unterstützen Sie mich bei diesem Anliegen.

Angeworben wurde ich duch einen Gratisgutschein für 55 Freispiele, als ich diese beendet hatte, nahm ich die Umsatzbedienungen vor, welche ich auch nach einiger Zeit geschaft habe.
Nun hatte ich ein stattliches Guthaben von 100,000 Doge. Also lud ich meine Dokumente Ausweis, Stromrechnung hoch.
Die Dokumente wurden innerhalb von Minuten bestätigt, danach nachm ich sofort den Auszahlungsantrag vor, am nächsten morgen sag ich das die Auszahlung vom Casino storniert wurde.
Ich fragte deswegen direkt im Chat an, woran das liegt, ,man sagte mir ich solle doch bitte noch ein Selfie hochladen mit meinem Ausweis in der Hand. Als das geschehen ist, versuchte ich einen erneute Auszahlung zu beantragen, diese wurde jedoch innerhalb von Minuten abgelehnt und mein Guthaben war bis auf 8500 Doge reduziert.
Im Chat erklärte man mir, das dieses der Maximale Gewinn aus Freispielen sei denn man behalten dürfe.
Weder in der Email die ich vom Casino habe noch in den AGB habe ich diese zeile gefunden.
Anschliessend wollte ich wenigstens diesen Restbetrag auszahlen, jedoch weder der link den man bekommt um seine Zahlung zu bestätigen funktioniert noch wird auf emails geantwortet!
Seitdem steht meine Auszahlung auf "pending" der Chat hat immer ausreden warum es noch länger dauern soll keiner möchte oder kann mir eine Auskunft geben wann ich die Auszahlung erhalten werden.
Das Casino wirbt auf seiner Seite mit "Sofortigen Auszahlungen"
Ich hoffe ihr könnt mir helfen, weil man gefühl sagt mir das ich nicht der einzige bin der ein Problem mit dem Casino hat, welches ja noch sehr neu ist.

So I have been waiting to verify for awhile now and they keep asking for "To proceed with your request, we kindly ask you to upload a PDF version of your 30 NZD deposit made on 2025-10-14 12:24:41 UTC time zone with following details clearly visible: date, time and amount of the deposit, your name and merchant’s details." I have done exactly this il upload the document (keep in mind my deposit was done in NZST so the date is the 15th of october for the deposit). I've shown all info asked of me and uploaded in the required format, yet they still refuse to verify me and I'm over it.

I made a EFT payment or deposit on the 18th of February. 3weeks ago. Don't know what the issue was but they now investigating something. Live chat keeps on escalating the issue. I’m currently struggling to get a withdrawal from one of the top casinos Bitkings. When I deposit, I use a paysafe voucher not through an account, just enter in the space provided. This is widely accepted even though bitkings. I am now trying to make a withdrawal. They are saying I must withdraw into the same account as I deposited in. I am trying to use bank transfer as is also common. I have photos of the paysafe vouchers and receipts showing how I deposited it. I have all electronic records showing that I wasn’t paying through a paysafe or skrill account, only top up vouchers directly to the site. I need help as this is stressful. If they accept payment that way they must payout through bank transfer. If not I should get all my money deposited in this fashion back. Attached are the actual paysafe vouchers, receipts from deposits that they asked for and a photo of the paysafe link used to deposit. This states it has no link to any accounts.

I have tried to withdraw my money balance on bitkingz casino to my bank account for 10 times now. All times so far is rejected by bitkingz. I have verified everything on my casino profile, I have added my driver's license, bank card, address, everything they asked for. Still the withdrawal is not going through. I have tried to withdraw to my bank card, my skill and neteller account. Nothing is working. Then I asked them on bitkingz support what the problem is, the answer was that I have to withdraw the money to the same bank card that I deposited money from. Wow! I`ve never seen such a cool design! It is like an old RPG video game while playing here I felt like I`m a child again, were worm and good memories and feelings from this casino.
Bonuses are styled like a game too! I like it a lot.
There are many cool games to play, it is a big advantage, one of the most friendly support I`ve ever seen.

Wanted to appreciate their amazing VIP program. To be honest, that is the main factor of why I keep coming back here. It is build like a game, where for each level you get different bonuses. Bitkingz is by far the best Online Casino I have come across. From the bad experiences I have encountered with other casinos. I can compare Bitkingz and genuinely say I am very pleased! The biggest issue I had with other Casinos was the communication being very difficult, responses were very short, generic, unhelpful and the Withdrawal Process was sometimes pending 3 weeks!!!

Bitkingz Customer service is so superior to the previous casinos I have encountered. Response is always very FAST, Clear and all efforts are being made to ensure your questions are answered. I even received follow up communication with one of their VIP Managers to check if I was satisfied with one of my queries. So many games to choose from and Bonuses are very good. The withdrawal Process is very Good. Once you have verified your cards at the beginning, the withdrawals were basically overnight!!! I was very very happy with this!

The Service is just impeccable, and I would Highly recommend this Casino.

Overall Bitkingz is up to par with the best casinos if not one of the best. Support is always fast, helpful, friendly and responsive .
The KYC Process was straightforward, although at one point there was a misunderstanding that could have been communicated better.
The games are loading fast and the bonus system is very nice.
Everyone saying dont play at curacao casinos i can tell them you may be probably right for some, but the Dama NV Casinos, which Bitkingz are a part of, are serious.

In the Verification process I got rejected a couple times because they asked me for some digits of my "bank card", after trying a couple times and sending them my bank card (debit card) it was pointed out they wanted digits from my CREDIT card. This should have been communicated better , because they clearly must have seen that I have sent my debit card all the time, but this was just a minor issue.

The site looked good, offered a payment method that was good for me, at least that's what I thought. Good game selection. Funny looking page. It says 24/7 support, but it doesn't seem to be so good really.

So, they offer direct bank transfer through Sofort and Tink and Revolut.
I proceed and carry out making the transaction as it is an instant bank transfer, well, it should be if Bitkingz weren't so useless. So, the money gets taken from my Revolut account and with a confirmation receiving bank received funds. So transaction 100% completed. However, Bitkingz fails to see this. Support refuses to help, I ask for a contact in Finance so I can be proactive and request a refund to my account as they couldn't provide me with the service i deposited for. Normally when you make a deposit it means you want to play at that time. Not days later.
Then they have the stomach to tell me that all deposits needs to be wagered 3x times. Which, would be fine if they had actually credited me the funds on TIME so I could wager it.

So quite useless, no offer to help out or to fix things. No nothing.
Stay away from Curacao casinos, there is a reason for why they are there and it is not to provide a good casino experience.
