This was a casino I joined quite randomly. I was looking for a casino with some descent welcome bonus but I have accounts and have deposited in a lot of casinos so I am left with only 100% match welcome bonuses. I got pretty tired browsing through the casino bonus list and decided to make a deposit in this one to try my luck.

At first I thought it was only a bitcoin casino but I was pretty happy to see that they have Neteller as a deposit option. The welcome bonus had a descent 35 x bonus wager and the minimum deposit to take it was 20$. I made a deposit and the bonus money was added instantly to my balance. I started Playing Immortal Romance and had some great wins. I was getting one bonus round after another and soon my balance was over 170$. I was really happy with the way things were going and as soon as I hit a dead run on Immortal Romance I immediately went to Thunderstruck II. I started playing with 1.20 bets and almost went bust. Believe it or not I won a bonus round on the last spin which paid 120$. It was a real miracle. After that I moved on to Terminator II and cleared my wager leaving me with a small 100$ withdrawal. I was greedy and this wasn’t enough for me so I continued to play Terminator II but just couldn’t get over 100$. I got 3 bonus rounds, one on 3$ bet and I was always at 100. I decided to withdraw. I sent my documents and they were approved the next day. I received my money in my Neteller wallet after 48 hours so I was pretty happy with the withdrawal timeframe.

Even though I won here and got paid I think the RTP in the casino is lower than in some other casinos. With the same gameplay and starting balance I usually make 400-500 easy here I couldn’t get over 100. Still I will make another deposit to test them again in the future.

The fact there is no facility to set a deposit limit, this is quite surprising, when I enquired about setting a limit, I was told there is no option, but I can close account once limit reached and then re-open, bit is a 'potch'. Nevertheless, still a nice site, I have yet to withdraw, so I cannot comment on that process.

Great variety of games and friendly staff. Site has an X factor about it, so nicely designed.

Amazingly low winning casino. RTP statistics not provided, so I'm guessing this is for a reason lol. Have placed bets over a number of months and my deposits aren't modest ;-)

Then I do deposit again in this casino. Get 100% bonus. But it's really hard to win. All my favourite game and ever I played never get win. I am annoyed, I remember my friend says that don't do deposit if ever win with free chip in 7bit casino because it is hopeless and it's true.

I like the Neon-Staxxish 80s neon design. Tbh I hadn't heard of Softswiss provider, so I was slightly reluctant to deposit, but I haven't had a problem with the platform. Game selection is OK, although I had read that they had Netent, and don't anymore. 100% welcome bonus and little more.

I tried playing from mobile and it's the hardest thing. Zero responsiveness. Since I usually play from mobile, I'm probably not coming back.

After talking to customer service they fixed the issue. (Read my last review for more details):

1 star. Worst site ever. Their only purpose of "no deposit bonus (1.50 euro)" is to lure customers. Because if you win anything with that bonus it's useless since you can only cash out x5 of the original bonus amount and minimum cash out amount is 20 euro.

not using it again. Deceiving bonus is worse that no bonus.

Although I just wrote a positive comment down there but unfortunately for the past 3 days I'm experiencing a really bad thing.
I am not getting paid my winning.

For example if I bet on a slot or table game a 20 euros and win 20 they deduct the 20 which is the blinds and not pay my winnings if I win. So basically the money is gone if I bet on anything. Probably it's a technical issue but it's a very very serious technical issue.

I've been contacting support for the past 3 days they apologize and I still believe there support is very nice and polite which I like but that doesn't remove that it's really dangerous whats happening.

Please solve this issue and return winnings. Now I'm too scared to deposit anything after whats going on.

Although I haven't won anything and spent good amount of money, I really like this casino because of the very friendly support and quick support too.

Joined a while back. The layout of the casino is good and they have quite a few decent bonus offers with reasonable wagering requirements. Support is good and helpful. It's easy also to check play through requirements when on a bonus. Also like the way you can choose from multiple currency's and switch them around for each deposit. This is a really nice touch.

Downsides are that the site can be quite slow and the spins on the slots somethings lag. It's a shame because other than that it would be a really great casino. Some games play worse than others. Also no Netent slots which I feel is really missing from this casino but that I suppose is an operational choice. But I would love to see Netent slots offered.

Cash out times are very fast. Cashed out a number of times most recent last night. Was back in my Skrill within around 5 or 6 hours. So that's a real plus. Document verification was also a breeze. Not licenses with the UKGC but so far I ain't had any problems.

If they can get the speed of the site and games sorted they would see more of me and would have been rated higher. And don't forget Netent Slots :)

See above speed of game play no Netent slots. Which is something I feel certainly on the game speed needs to be sorted pretty quickly.
