I've managed to win some money on the 27th and requested a withdrawal, they asked for documents for verification right after, which I immediately provided and then canceled my request without explanation. Then I was told in the chat that it was a system error that caused it and should try again. I do just this and it's been pending since the 28th. Every time I contact chat they tell me that they have no influence on the finance department and that they can't give an exact time or date for payment, but that I shouldn't worry and will be processed " asap", it's been a full week now and I'm still waiting.
