My withdrawal however has been pending since the 27th of June. Their terms state MAX 5 days. I have sent numerous emails (evidence attached) but get no response?
I'm hoping having Askgamblers intervene and mediate will help resolve the situation.

I have checked and can see that your withdrawal request has already been processed and paid.
While our Finance team does their best to review each request as soon as possible and most requests are handled within 1-5 business days, there are cases in which it will take longer.
