Payment €400 is being delayed
Hey everyone,
I have submitted my second withdrawal on the 25th of October, but the withdrawal is still pending.
I've been told by the live-chat and the finance team via email that they process the submissions by the order they have received them.
I've been told that the finance team only processes transactions during the day ( which is totally understandable) but 3 days and a still pending withdrawal of only 400€ is a bit extreme.
My first withdrawal was processed within less than 24 hours, even though I had to undergo verification and some grave mistake upon playing, which has been fixed by the finance-team.

I'm verified. Already made a successful withdrawal. Used the same payment method as on the first withdrawal.
Honorable mention: the live-chat is truly outstanding, so understanding and willing to help, but unfortunately they don't have any right to have a say in this case.
