During the verification of the client’s identity and address, it was found that an Estonian document "Elamisluba" with a temporary permit was uploaded.
The document states Ukrainian citizenship.
Elamisluba is an Estonian residence permit document that confirms a person has the legal right to live in Estonia for a certain period of time.
According to the Terms and Conditions:

When I verified and provided all the documents, the casino approved them. Everything was fine. When I made deposits, the casino also approved them, and everything was fine. When I won and tried to withdraw, it turned out that I have Ukrainian citizenship, and withdrawals are prohibited. The casino blocked me and indicated that I am not allowed to play at this casino because I am a Ukrainian citizen. If the casino approved my documents and my deposits, this indicates that there are no violations on my part. And the casino is trying to find a way to avoid paying my winnings.
As you can see from the screenshot from the Tax and Customs Department website, I have been a resident of Estonia since 2021. The personal identification number 39508280045 on my residence permit and on the website match. This confirms that this is my personal account.
