I made an account, hit BIG. Went to verify myself, and they asked for a one time $100 deposit and I was “guaranteed instant withdrawal” right after. The “customer service” kept saying just make the deposit etc all is fine you can withdrawal right after”. So I deposited $100 but with their crypto fees it came out to $98 and some change. So I spent my last $116 to deposit again…. Then it tells me I need to deposit $200 now and thennn I can withdrawal. I’ve for screenshots of it all. I said okay I don’t have more money so just let me withdrawal what I’ve deposited… she said she couldn’t refund me or drove the verification request then LITERALLY in the middle of me typing my account is deleted. With my two deposits. Gone. Go to sign back in and it says no account exists. I am a single mom and they robbed me of my last $200+ dollars! They need to be criminally charged-NO ONE use them!!!

Mind you I originally won over $200k, they just didn’t want to pay me out, then just completely closed my account mid conversation to try to not be able to have proof of anything but being smart I screenshot the conversation. Technically they owe me over $100k still cause I played through half of it.

I have all screenshots included showing I very much had an account. Your customer service deleted my account in the middle of our conversation. Reference the previously attached photos. I have the receipts from my deposits as well to your site. This is what I see when I try to go to your site now. This is stealing.
