Delayed bank transfer withdrawal
I would like to provide an update regarding my withdrawal at Wazamba Casino.
I submitted a €840 withdrawal via bank transfer on Thursday evening at around 9 PM, and today is Friday, meaning over 8 calendar days / 6 business days have passed.
I have contacted support multiple times via email and live chat. I also asked whether I need to submit any documents for verification, and they confirmed that my account is fine for now.
The deposit was never a problem, and funds were credited instantly, but the withdrawal process is taking far too long. Despite this, I keep receiving the same generic responses, with no concrete timeframe or progress update. I have all screenshots of messages and the withdrawal request showing when it was submitted and their replies.
The withdrawal is still marked as “Under Review / Pending with Finance Department”.
I am posting this to document the situation and will update this comment once the withdrawal is completed
