Account restricted with no explanation
I deposited 500€ on August 19th, played for a couple of days, and was able to raise the balance up to 750€. At that point, I decided to withdraw my winnings, though when I was trying to create a withdrawal request, I got an error message saying that my account was restricted.
I've tried to contact the support service, but they gave no explanation of the restriction and have suggested I pass verification, though when I'm accessing the verification page, it says that verification is not required for me and thus doesn't provide me an option to pass it. I've made a few more attempts to contact support via email, but those were just ignored.
Games are still available to me, and I went down to 700€ since the withdrawal attempt, but I would still like to withdraw what I currently have on my balance.
