Account blocked

I have been playing on the Wazamba site for several months now and I have not had any problems with my withdrawals or deposits so far.
Since August 18 my account has been blocked and despite several emails sent to customer services, I always get the same response: that my account is being analyzed and that they will get back to me as quickly as possible.
I have won and lost several sums on slot machines and sports bets but a large sum remained in my account.
My last deposit was without a bonus and my account had already been verified.
I also contacted the site's complaints department 2 weeks ago who didn't even bother to respond to me.
Before filing a complaint with their license seller, is there a maximum response time?
