Withdrawal for £1750 made on the 11.12.21 to an old debit card, I was told that it wouldn’t be a problem as long as it was still linked to my bank account. 3 weeks later and I’m still waiting for my money.
Time after time I’m just being told it’s being ‘looked at’ by the payment provider with no update. It’s taken so long I’ve had to provide 2 bank statements to show I didn’t get the money. It doesn’t take 3 weeks to put a tracer on my funds and locate it, where is my money.
