VideoSlots Casino - Verifying my account while locking me out of the casino
Hi there ive been a member of Video slots casino for quite some time now, ive had all my ID and address approved for documents etc and i only had 3 more documents needed for verification to be all approved, now i have not even put through my funds to be withdrawn as yet the ere still sitting in my balance $200 AUD, they have locked my account untik the security team look at my credit card verification as i had used my partners card over 5 months ago, fair enough i did what they asked i got him to send in photo ID and a statement authorizing me to use the card and we also had this signed by a JP as they requested this also, now its been over 12 hours amd still herd nothing im still blocked from using the account and my balance is still sitting there... the online chat tell me they have nothing new to tell me amd they will contact me via email that was over 4.5 hours ago... after they have had this all day so its more then 15 hours. Why lock me out when i haven't made the withdrawal asyet and also i need to access the account to upload any declined documents... id love for this to be resolved and for me to be able toake my withdrawal to my neteller account so that i can continue to play and enjoy my time at videoslots. I hope this works this way.
