Party Casino - Unacceptable delay in processing withdrawals
After 8 days (inc 6 business days) I am still waiting for 4 x withdrawals totalling £5753 to be processed by PartyCasino.
I have engaged with their support chat 3 times throughout last week. Although they are friendly and polite, there has been no action at all to process these withdrawals. I have been told variously that my request is being "expedited" or "sent to the relevant department" etc., but to no avail. My ID, cards and account have been fully verified according to their own security department.
I won £40k at a competing casino last year, the withdrawals were processed within 6 hours, and the funds into my bank account within 3 days. The fact that I have waited 6 business days and PartyCasino have not even processed is not good customer service at all.
