Denied withdrawal of funds because of old cards

Hi! I've been a customer at Tsars Casino for many years and I've withdrawn balances from them in the past.

Now I have a balance of 1800 euro and I made the initial deposits with a verified card. They are now denying me a withdrawal due to the fact that there are old cards that are not verified. These cards haven't been used in years.

Seeing that I have a verified card that I managed to deposit from, there should be no problem to make a withdrawal to the same verified card used for the deposit. What they're asking of me is unreasonable.

They want me to verify cards that are no longer in my possession and that are no longer valid. I've tried to reason with them, but getting nowhere. They feel that I should go to the bank (where I'm no longer a customer) and ask for documents belonging to these outdated cards. The thing is that the card numbers aren't fully visible in Tsars.com and they are so old that I really have no clue which bank account it used to belong to. Please could you help me forward?

Like I said, the card used for deposit is verified according to their standards and there should be no problem to make a withdrawal to it. The account itself is also verified.

Please help me, this is not fair.

Our anti-money laundering system operates differently. Picture this scenario: if you use someone else's stolen card to make deposits and later use your card, fully verifying it and withdrawing money, it becomes a method to launder funds from the stolen card.

Auszahlung 2200 Euro offen

Langsam ist es mir unangenehm dass ich erneut eine Beschwerde über eine offene Auszahlung einreichen muss. Ich hatte vor 5 Tagen 3 Auszahlungen von gesamt 2.200€ ( 1000+800+400) beantrag via banktransfer und diese wurden direkt genehmigt. Laut Aussage des Casinos sollte es sich um eine instant überweisung handeln und max 1-3 Tage dauern - nachdem ich das Casino erneut darauf hinwies, dass die Zahlungen nicht eingegangen sind - und ich einen screenshot meines Kontoauszuges als Beweis gesendet hatte, wurde mir wie beim letzten Mal gesagt das financial departement kümmert sich darum. Ich habe immer noch keine Rückmeldung und bitte das Casino mir das Geld erneut auf meinen acc zu überweisen, damit ich eine alternative Auszahlung beantragen kann - über einen Banktransfer scheint es bei diesem Casino offensichtlich nicht zu klappen.

Ich habe vor 6 Tagen eine Auszahlung via Banktransfer beantragt und diese wurde sofort freigegeben (bestätigungsmail erhalten) auf rückfrage wurde mir gesagt die Auszahlung dauert 1-3 Tage. Nach 3 Tagen wurde mir gesagt es dauert i.d.R. 5 Tage. Nach 5 Tagen wurde mir gesagt der fall liegt bei der finanzabteilung und ich habe keine rückmeldung mehr erhalten. Eine Banküberweisung dauert keine 7 Tage und ich fühle mich hingehalten! Ich bin komplett verifiziert und mir wurde die auszahlunt bestätigt also erwarte ich mein Geld.

Instant banking auszahlung nicht erhalten

Ich habe am 19.06 eine Auszahlung mit Instant Banking über 500,00€ vorgenommen.
Ich werde täglich vertröstet und das Finance Team hat sich eine Woche nicht bei mir gemeldet.
Leider weiß ich nicht mehr was ich machen kann.
Heute hat mir der Live Support noch einmal gesagt ich müsse Geduldig sein aber das möchte ich nicht mehr.
Ich spiele seit Jahren auf dieser Seite und bin ein Loyaler Kunde.
Ich kann nicht nachvollziehen wieso diese Auszahlung nicht ausgezahlt wird oder meinem Konto gutgeschrieben wird damit ich es erneut versuchen kann.

Seit 8 Tagen ist die Auszahlung noch nicht auf meinem Konto. Mir wird nur mitgeteilt, dass die finanz Abteilung sich kümmert mehr nicht. Habe mich jeden Tag mit dem Kundenservice in Verbindung gesetzt aber habe bis jetzt keine Rückmeldung von der Finanzabteilung erhalten. Der zahlungsprovider wäre kontaktiert, da die Auszahlung seitens tsars erfolgt wäre. Einen Nachweis habe ich allerdings nicht erhalten!

Tsars Casino zahlt nicht aus

Seit 5 Tagen zahlt Tsars Casino von mir legitime Auszahlungen in Höhe von 9000€ nicht aus. Angeblich arbeitet die Finanzabteilung an dem Problem und ich werde jeden Tag vertröstet. Die Auszahlungen davor haben ohne Probleme funktioniert. Ich bin daher auch vollständig verifiziert und überprüft. Für mich ist kein Grund ersichtlich, warum die Auszahlung verzögert wird.

Auszahlung steht aus, Bankprobleme beim Anbieter

Hallo,

Meine Auszahlung wird seit Tagen verzögert, da sie Probleme bei Auszahlungen mit Ihrer Bank haben. Ich habe die Auszahlung am 5.12 beantragt.

„ We are waiting for a response from a payment provider. As soon as the issues will be fixed, your withdrawal will be processed and paid“

Auf die Frage, wie lange das Problem noch besteht: Yes, the issue still persists. We have limited information on when the issues will be fixed.

Ich habe jetzt schon mehrere Beschwerden hier gelesen, mit dem gleichen Problem. Bitte um schnelle Bearbeitung, es geht um 1000 Euro.

Verzögerte Auszahlung von €3,800

Hallo und danke an das Askgamblers Team zum Nutzen der Platform.

Ich hab am 19.11.21 und am 20.11.21 jeweils eine Auszahlung per Banktransfer beantragt. am 19.11.21 waren es 2000 € und am 20.11.21 waren es 1800 €.

Bis heute hat sich der status nicht verändert obwohl in den agbs steht das eine Bearbeitung nur 24 Stunden dauert.

Auf mehreren Anfragen im live chat sagt man mir nur, dass es Probleme mit dem Zahlungsdienstleister gibt und man mir kein Datum nennen könnte wann die Auszahlungen vorgenommen werden können.

Tsars ist ein top casino, ich würde dort sicher weiter spielen, aber das macht doch etwas misstrauisch.

Ich bin vollständig verifiziert und habe keinen Bonus in Anspruch genommen.

Ich hoffe man kann hier weiter helfen

Bankabhebung steht seit 05 November aus

Meine Abhebung ist seit dem 5. November anhängig.

Laut den Nutzungsbedingungen sollten sie innerhalb von 24 Stunden erledigt sein, aber bis jetzt ist nichts passiert. Ich habe mich mehrmals an den Support gewandt, ohne eine Lösung zu finden.

Der Kundendienst teilt mir immer wieder mit, dass sie Probleme mit der Bank haben und mir kein Datum nennen können, wann sie die Abhebung vornehmen werden.

The support says the same auto-generated message that it is going through the financial department, but nothing happens.

They are stating that the withdrawals are instant, but nothing happens.

Trying since November 2025 to recive my account history of withdrawals and deposits

Hey there Ask gamblers

I'm trying since November 2025 to get a list of my deposits and withdrawals made on this casino but every time i contact them they say to wait.

Refering to § 15 DSGVO law they are obligated to send such info in 30 days, its been now almost 6 months.

I get always the same answer to wait, but this is not normal to wait so long, other operators send this kind of documents withis 2 weeks.

I hope Ask gamblers will help to resolve this issue.
