Hey there!
So, I deposited 100 euros to StoneVegas and won over 40 000 euros. Since the site only allows you to make 500 eur withdrawals I made 3 of them last weekend. At the start of this week those were declined. StoneVegas informed that my account needs to be verified which is understandable with such a high withdrawals.
Then the problems started. The verification page said that no verification was needed. I asked about it in livechat and they said that it was false, the account must be verified. I was blocked to make more withdrawals since. They said there is an issue with my verification page not showing that my account needs to be verified. After waiting mutiple days it still hasn't updated which seems a very strange since I have never faced an issue like this. The account must be verified but I can't send documents to verify my account.
I also emailed my documents to them, thought that it wouldn't harm anything. Since then I have been waiting, visiting livechat every now and then but just the same awnser. The department is handling the situation and we here in livechat can't help further.
Such a weird issues I have never faced before in my entire life and no communication about things moving forward.

Thank you for the reply StoneVegas reagarding the matter.
Hopefully we get this solved soon. Just very frustrated that I have had this issue for over a week now.
I have been given multiple time windows when the matter should have been already done but those promises have been constantly broken.

For example I was finally able to send the documents to the sites verification panel on friday. (Note that I sent the documents already via email on tuesday) Anyways, I was promised the verification process will take 24-48 hours. Already past that since it's sunday. LiveChat said that they work during the weekend so can't be that. (And if you count from tuesday that is even further away.)
Looking forward to get the process done early next week then.

Update to the situation.
The Verification page was magically fixed and I was able to send my documents.
Pretty standard verification for the 2/3 part of it. Photos of my ID card, both sides and then the bank statement from the last 3 months.
Intresting part was that I had to take a selfie, holding my ID card with StoneVegas open on a laptop behind me.
ID card and the Bank Statement were verified pretty quickly but the selfie was declined.

I went to the LiveChat asking for help, why it was not confirmed. What should I do that my account could be verified.
They didn't know, told me that they sent a message to the verification team and they will give me an email about the details, well last time I was supposed to get information from the verification team was last tuesday (6 days ago from here) I still haven't recieved a reply.
I thought that maybe the selfie was too blurry. Asked that should the camera focus on the ID card I'm holding or to the site behind me. Since even with the lastest smart phones the cameras ain't that great that it could get a crystar clear image of both to the same selfie without editing it. Apparently they have no idea which I find weird since shouldn't they know since they help the players?
Well since nobody knew nothing I just took a better picture of me holding the card and put the site to a monitor behind me which is bigger than the laptop screen. I was told it will be checked at least in the next 24 hours.
Well I sent the selfie yesterday and the 24 hour barrier as well the promise is once again broken.
Finding hard to trust the site where the customer support can't help since they don't know and timelimits have been passed every single time.

Hope to find a solution regarding this matter as soon as possible.

I have now made the limited 500 euro withdrawals 3 times which is the maximum the site allows. Since the site doesn't proceed the payments during the weekend we will come back to this at the start of the next week.
Nothing personal againt StoneVegas here, I have just had bad experiences elsewhere "where something new comes up". So I would like to see all 3 of these first withdrawals to go through before we close this complaint. I'll keep you updated!
