My withdrawal has been pending since 24.06 and the casino terms is stating 1-3 days pending time.
Chat would not help and only tell med that it is a delay on the payment. I think is very bad that players need to follow the terms, but casino dont care to follow terms.
Would like some support on this case.

Hi, I received an email that the withdrawal was made. But I haven't received it yet, and it's been over 3 hours. A withdrawal to a crypto wallet should take a maximum of 60 minutes, as a rule it takes much less time. I contacted chat who says it takes 3-5 days which is not true at all.
Hi, I received the withdrawal now. But there is 220 NOK missing. I received 779 NOK and my withdrawal was 1000 NOK. It would be nice if you could send me the transaction hash and confirmation of the amount that was sent. The fee for sending is now around 3 NOK and not over 220 NOK. So there must have been an error here?
