Betchan Casino - Stalling payment of winnings for no reason at all

I won $5,800 and as normal made a cashout like I usually do. I am fully verified and have made numerous cashouts previously. I did not use a bonus so there is no wagering requirements to check.

I keep asking love support why it's taking so long and they just reply with "the managers need to check it" I've just finished another conversation with live support as it's been 12 hours since I requested my cash out and now apparently the managers are on holiday, how convenient! I replied with "so it's being stalled then?" And he replied "I hope not ;)" sorry but that doesn't seem very professional.

I've never had any problems at all with any of my previous cashouts. Mind you my biggest one previously was $2,500 but it was paid to me with no hassles, so why is it now taking so long? I made a cash out last week and it was paid in a timely manner also.

I have been reading previous complaints and reviews and have gone over their terms and conditions again and I haven't breached anything at all. I'm assuming the cashout is taking so long to be processed as they are trying to find a reason to not pay me.

I just want my winnings so I can keep on playing, I'm a gambler they will get it all back eventually anyway lol
