Hello!
After looking around on Askgamblers i found Casino Betchan and made a deposit of 100 euro to get their welcomebonus.
It was the 30 November i start to play and was lucky to wager my bonus and won 1700 euros.
I request the withdraw and uploaded the documents that i was asked for.
After a couple of days nothing happened i sent a couple of emails and after a few days i got an answer that i need to send a sefie with my id to Betchan i did that and it was confirmed and i thaught that everything was in order.
But a few days after that i get another email saying that i need to send a new Selfie with me holdong my id and A paper saying Hi Betchan on.
I did it and the document was aceppted and confirmed.
Now 3 weeks after i still havnt get my money and the chatsuppoort justb tell me everytime that their manegers will handle it but they now answer emails or anything.
All my documents i sent a total of 5 docuemnts is accepted and comfirmed but i still havent seen my money.
In my bank page in betchan it just says Declined on my withdraw and the oney is not in my account anymore.
Hopefully u can help me with this as Betchan not answer any emails..
