Spinit Casino - Winnings removal due to unjustified 'fraud' accusations

On the 15th of November i did the spinit 200 for 200 welcome bonus, i went on to come out with £3,200 which needless to say was over the moon with, however i tried to withdraw and got an email saying my winnings had been confiscated. I went on live chat immediately and asked why and got "your account has been linked to fraud i have no further information on this and the manager is currently unvailable you will receive an email"
no suprise, no email. i went back on chat to be told the exact same thing, but this time i waited for over and hour for the manager to come back as the woman couldnt see why my winnings were gone on her screen, the manager came back and i got the told the same thing.. "your account has been linked to fraud this is a management decision and is final" so i asked for evidence as how it was a fraud account?
no evidence was provided. a couple days later i went to sign in to see if i had my desposit back to find my entire account has been blocked, again on live chat, and again to be told "management decision and thats final i have no further information" so i asked for the managers direct email.
I then got in contact with the rep for spinit and no suprise once again all the email said is "your account was linked to fraud no further information on this is available management decision is final"
I then received an email from management! saying.. shock horror... the exact same thing! so i sent a reply asking for evidence on how this is a fraudulent account.. this was 8 days ago and no suprise again, i have had no reply.

Still in the same boat, however i got told that they would be "looking into the case and i would receive an update shortly" 2 months later i have still heard nothing.
Today i went onto LC on Spinit to ask where my update was and what is happening with the situation, i first spoke to "Gustav" who said "please wait while i look into this"
No suprise i got transferred to someone called "James".. I had to explain it again like i just had to the previous customer service agent to be told the exact same thing.. 10 minutes passed just for him to say... "send an email to our support and we will contact you that way"
Right because i havent tried that already and been ignored multiple times. So back to square one, and yet another email that will get ignored.

Hello spinit,
Nice of you to reply for a change.
That's all very well and good, but would it really have taken much effort for either your rep, or manger to reply to my emails in the first place and to respond saying you are investigating it? Since I have had no feedback letting me know it was investigated from the start.
Not a very good look for your manager I must admit.
Also, if it is indeed a fraud account like you claim surely there is nothing to look into you can just give me the evidence you have?
Also, coming upto a month since this first started and it has taken you this long to give me a response other than 'this is a management decision we have no further information'
The fact it is taking so long, closed my account, and have kept fobbing me off like you have also suggests that infact you just do not want to pay out.

Spinit Casino - ignoring all my emails, blocked me from logging in

I joined spinit casino November 23rd 2022. On the 24th I withdrawn £2400. It stayed pending for 2 days and then they emailed asking me for passport, utility bill, bank cards used, bank statement, selfie with passport and a hand written letter, Apple ID, bank app details and more utility bills. Messages have been sent back and forth for over a week requesting more and more documents until there’s nothing left to request. They finally asked for a most recent bank statement which wasn’t issued for 4 days (today) they said as soon as they received this they would process the funds. I sent it today. I was told on chat to be patient and still not verified. They are ignoring all my emails, blocked me from logging in and there’s no contact number. I have every email, every chat conversation and all the withdraws they owe me. If refusing to pay the winnings then I want every deposit refunded back to the cards deposited from. I’m furious at the fact I’ve spent a full week sending document after document. I read all the reviews on trust pilot and seems I’m not alone. It’s fraud. There’s no reason not to pay and you’ve stated every document has been fine. No issues so how can’t my account be verified and winnings be paid out. I’ll attach screenshots. I want my £2400. You then emailed me telling me you are closing the site down from December 6th and all winnings have to be withdrawn. Mine are withdrawn but you won’t process them.
