Spinit Casino - My delayed payment
Askgamblers I hope you can help me.
On Tue Feb 18 2020 I won £5457 at Spinit casino in CASH. I withdraw this immediately. At first my account was locked for KYC so I sent this in right away without any issue. This was selfies with ID and Card and a bank statement.
on the 22nd Feb i chased this and was told they didnt receive the ID selfie so I sent this in again. I chased again on the 26th Feb and was told this:

Thank you for your reply!
I can see that your withdrawal is still being reviewed by the relevant department.
As soon as there is any new update I will inform you straight away :)

SO I though my withdrawal would be processed quickly. However it has still not been processed. I contatced live chat on the 2nd March and they said that they have escalated my case and would imform me via email with an update.
After this I wanted a paper trail so I started emailing again, without ANY response regarding where my £5457 is.
I have no heard anything exaclty one month later now there need some help getting this monmey, i have searched on here and see many people are having the same issues regarding delayed payments with this casino.
Please help me resolve this! thanks
