Spinit Casino - Account Not Verified After A Long time, No Communication
Please look at the case i have. My account has been locked down for some time and all the chasing has been done by myself.
Attached is a timeline of events. This will show my efforts to satisfy Spinits requirements and their disregard of customer service.
I have tried on numerous occasions to resolve the issues, even raising this to the complaints team. They did not even acknowledge the complaint!

We kindly invite you to check what is stated in our T&C: ‘8.5. In relation to deposits and withdrawals of funds into and from Your Account, you shall only use such credit cards and other financial instruments that are valid and lawfully belong to you.’ For this reason winnings were voided and all the deposits coming from that payment method correctly refunded.

This complaint has been reopened as per Spinit Casino request and AskGamblers Complaints Team would like to give it one more try and help both parties involved into the dispute reaching to a satisfactory resolution.
Hi,
Again I'm trying to resolve the issue on my Spinit account. As of 30th April I have been trying to resolve issues regarding my account. Finally, after using Askgamblers I receive an email explaining I can now withdraw my funds (dated May 23rd- attached). To which I do and receive an email acknowledging request. As I'm aware there is a period of a few days usually to process the withdrawal so I wait. On June 1st I ask why my withdrawal is still pending and receive yet another email asking for my patience but my request is under review!!!! (attached)
I have also attached a screenshot from my account which shows Spinit have ALL documents I can provide.
At this point I would even accept a full refund of my deposits only. I have funded the bets TO MY COST - and Spinit have held my funds hostage. No correspondence at all unless prompted by me. This is causing so much stress now.
I'd appreciate any help.
