It has been 5 working days since I requested my withdrawal of $1,000.00 NZD. I keep getting the same response from the live support saying it is safe and I shouldn't be worried.

I am more concerned about how long it is taking, and getting very frustrated at the lack of support from the live team.

The withdrawal request was placed on 20/08/2024 at 10.32 am NZ time.

That seems a lot like the response I get from your live support Spinanga. You happily take money but take along time to pay out, probably hoping that people cancel their withdrawals and spin the winnings. Fair trading is clearly not a priority for your casino.
