I made a withdrawal request 30.8.2024 for 200 euros and still haven't got my money. I have asked in the live chat about this and I always get the same answer:

"Everything ok I just have to wait longer? "they told me earlier that it should take 3-5 business days max.

I won around 1700euros and got 1500 euros with no problems but this last 200 euros... Like are they out of money?

I have told spinanga support manytimes that my verification page looks like this? I cant add anything from the site/verification page. I sended my full transaction history via email but they wont accept it..
