Casino hasn't withdrawn my money for 8 working days.

Support answered as a robot, support doesn't answer emails, and a dedicated agent on telegram has not answered for 3 days.

Each time when I ask about my withdrawal they write the same.

Looking for the same issues on this platform I see that there are a few situations in which they respond in the same way.

It is 69 PLN, I know that is a small amount but they don't answer and don't accept my withdrawal

I asked today also on live chat a few times when they process my withdrawal and they always write the same robotically answer that in 3 working days, even when I write on start that it takes more than 8 days and also write that I made a complaint on ask gamblers and if they write the same copy-paste message this will be a proof that they read even what I write. Please make with this cassion something that will make a reputation as they deserve.

Update, The live agent changed their response - now is Easter, and are a huge delay due to this reason, this is a joke about how they track players.

Bellow proof from the live agent which I get during the last 5 days - the same answer today changed reason that is Easter
