I would like to file a formal complaint against Spinanga Casino.
In August 2025 I completed the “Spears” collection which promised a reward of 40,000 Ft. However, the system still incorrectly shows 5/10 progress even though the items were collected.
I contacted Spinanga support multiple times over the past year. Each time they responded that the issue is under investigation, but it has now been nearly a year without any resolution or payment.
I am requesting that this case be investigated and that the promised reward be credited to my account.
I have attached a screenshot showing the incorrect collection status.

Dear Spinanga Casino, The case has been under investigation since August last year and I always receive the same message from you via live chat, email and even here, in more than 8 months, no solution has been found for the reward I am entitled to. I ask you to give me the prize I am entitled to.
