I initiated a payment on 17/08, and today is 02/09—that’s 16 days in total, including 11 business days—and the €200 is still pending. Clearly, these guys are not serious. This isn’t the first time either; the last time I had to open a case here for the exact same issue, and the amount was even bigger. Now it’s just €200, yet it’s still taking forever. They should honestly update their website to say the payment delay is several weeks instead of the claimed 3 business days, because that’s a blatant lie.
