Please be informed that the customer's 310 EUR withdrawal was canceled by the customer. The 800 EUR withdrawal was processed on 31.01.2025.

Yes its payed but because of 2 weeks waiting i cancelled some withdrawals. Offcourse the casino hope i did that so they won this battle. I had over 5000€ won abd left with 1600€. Sad story but happens a lot i think.
