Upon completing wager of (1st deposit) free spins winnings - balance went missing. - From 19137 HUF To 440HUF

I contacted support - they apologized then said it was due to some "max release" system error and told me it will be fixed in "maximum 2 days"

Ever since,

They are reluctant to give me any information, they just say I'll be notified once there is an update.

Attached is the chat transcript from when this occoured:

I have attached screenshots from my accoutnt history of the 2 consecutive spins when this occoured.

I would like to get a sensible response, any sort of information about my case, maybe a timeframe and of course I want the funds to be credited back to my account or paid out.
