Dear AskGamblers Team,
I am filing this complaint against Spinanga Casino regarding a missing bonus for completing a card collection.
I have successfully collected 10 out of 10 cards using the internal "FUT coins" currency. According to the casino’s rules, completing this collection entitles the player to a bonus of 425 PLN.
This issue has been ongoing for several months. Since I completed the collection, I have made numerous attempts to contact the casino to claim my reward. Unfortunately, the casino has been consistently ignoring my requests:
Live Chat: Every time I bring up the missing bonus, my inquiries are ignored or the chat is terminated without a resolution.
Email Support: I have sent multiple emails over the past few months, but I have received no response at all.
It is unacceptable for a casino to offer promotions and then refuse to pay out the rewards while ignoring the customer for months. I have fulfilled all the requirements, and I expect the 425 PLN bonus to be credited to my account immediately.
I have screenshots of my completed collection (10/10) and am ready to provide them to the AskGamblers team as proof that the casino is failing to honor its terms.
