I requested a withdrawal of 300 euros on September 8th and on September11th and 12th one of 500 euros.

It is now September 30th and I have not received anything yet.

I have already emailed and chatted several times and they say that I have to be patient that there are delays with the payouts. but that these are in the system.

My first withdrawal of 500 euros took 12 days. Does this take very long?
