I’d like to file a complaint against Spinanga Casino regarding their perceived habit of intentionally delaying withdrawals under the excuse of handling too many withdrawal requests.

According to their withdrawal timeline, they emphasize that they complete withdrawals within 3 business days, starting from the next day after the request was made or after the last withdrawal, which sums up to four business days in total.

The problem is that Spinanga does not seem to follow its own policies and timelines, despite having the longest payout timeline I’ve ever come across on any Casino or sportsbook. From all indications so far they employ shady tactics used by shady casinos and sportsbooks to delay and frustrate players into losing and keeping their winnings with them.

I made a withdrawal request since Monday, 8th Dec, 2025, and have been relentlessly following up on this request since that day with their CS reps. They copy and paste replies about their withdrawal timelines word to word, time and again, and after further probing, they specified that my withdrawal would be completed on or before Thursday, 11-Dec-2025, according to the said timeline.

After several interactions and back and forth with the CS reps, Thursday has come and gone, and I’m being told by the CS reps, who seem more confused than composed, to expect further delays, citing the known, usual flimsy excuse of handling too many withdrawals at the moment.

As I write to you now, they can no longer give me a definite or estimated time for the completion of my withdrawal. They just tell me to be patient, and I will get my money soon. Who knows when soon will be.

This isn’t a verification issue either, as my dashboard and account say no verification is needed from my end, something the CS confirmed too.

I also did not take any bonus, as I never do. I just play with my deposits. I’m not a US resident or Citizen either.

I go online to see if other gamblers have experienced something similar with Spinanga, and I see so many with the same complaints of the same delays under the same excuses by Spinanga.

Thus, I implore AskGamblers to help resolve this issue and expedite the processing and completion of my withdrawal.

I do not see myself sticking with this seemingly shady Casino after this ordeal. I just want my money.

The amount in question is about NGN43,000 ($30 USD), and is just one out of the two withdrawal requests I made recently.
