Delayed payment please help
I am submitting this complaint regarding Spinanga.
On February 3rd, I submitted a withdrawal request after winning a total amount of €8,500 at the casino. Since that date, my withdrawal has not been processed.
I have contacted customer support multiple times, but I continue to receive the same explanation — that there is a high workload in the finance department responsible for processing withdrawals. This response has been repeated for weeks without any clear timeline or meaningful progress regarding my payment.
Furthermore, according to the casino’s withdrawal policy, players are allowed to have a maximum of three active withdrawals at a time, and the maximum withdrawal amount per request is €500. In order to withdraw €8,500, I am required to submit multiple €500 requests. This makes the process unnecessarily long and complicated.
When combined with the ongoing delays, this policy results in an extremely time-consuming and psychologically exhausting experience. It creates the strong impression that the system is designed in a way that discourages players from successfully withdrawing their legitimate winnings.
I consider this practice unfair and highly concerning. I am simply requesting that my lawful winnings of €8,500 be processed and paid without any further delay.
I respectfully ask for an immediate review of my case and the prompt completion of my withdrawal.
