I have been waiting for a refund at Spinanga for over 5 days now when their website says 3 days. When I have messaged them, I have been hung on multiple times and other times been told to wait. I am sick of waiting and being given no info. I would like this resolved. I have seen this is a common issue with them based on here feedback so hoping this can be resolved here.
