Hi there, I am a loyal Spinanga player and I have not been getting proper communication from this casino regarding an issue I have been facing for over a month. I have completed both the $2,025 CAD and $3,225 CAD collections and the cash prizes were not released due to bug/software issues from the casino's site. I have already raised this issue over a month ago, and have gotten zero communication from them and keep getting told that they are working on it.

This casino is re-opening this case 1.5 months after they failed to respond. Why are they allowed to do this and increase their score after not caring to reply? I would like this complaint to be remained as unresolved, since they did not care to help me when I was facing this problem.
