Deposit Discarded by SlotWolf but casino did not refund money to my bank account
I previously filed this complaint, but here it is again with proof of deposit/discard. Screenshot 1 shows that deposit was discarded by SlotWolf. Screenshots 2 and 3 show deposit was confirmed by bank 4 minutes later. I do not have screenshots of chat logs with SlotWolf. My communication with them was mostly through their live chat option, and I did not save them. You can request from them the chat logs.

On August 12, 2020 14:54:58, I made a Interac E-Transfer deposit to SlotWolf Casino. The deposit was eventually "discarded" by the casino, but the money was withdrawn from my bank account. I have received the deposit confirmation from my bank. It successfully went through. I've sent the deposit confirmation and proof to SlotWolf already. I've contacted the casino support many times. Every time they give me a random time frame to get the money back. At the beginning it was it'll probably get refunded "soon", then "72 hours", then "wait till after weekend as it can cause delays", then "I can't give you exact time estimate", and the last time they said "30 days".
Note that I do not want the money in the casino account any more. I want a full refund to my bank account.
