Refuses to pay out my €550 without giving any reason

I got a balance of 550 euro on slotwolf. They always deny my cash out requests. First they ask for the regular KYC, proof of address and proof of Identity, which i sent in.

Afterwards they ask for proof of funds, which is ridiculous as i only deposited 700€ in total. I still complied and sent 3 month of bank statements. Then they ask for 6month of bank statements. I sent this too. Afterwards they ask for a document from my pension fund, which i also sent. Now they don't ask for anything anymore but they still don't pay my balance. All cash out requests get denied without telling me a reason, emails also don't get answered.

Please make this right.

Transaktionsabbruch aber Geld vom Konto gebucht

Guten Tag liebes Team.

Ich habe am 22.04.24 versucht 70Euro per Bankübweisung in das Casino einzuzahlen mir wurde das Geld abgebucht aber hab kein Gutachten drauf bekommen stattdessen kahm eine Fehlermeldung das der Vorgang nicht abgeschlossen werden konnte.
Habe mehrmals den Support angeschrieben aber kriege es bis jetzt nicht zurück.

Verweigerung der Auszahlung

Casino verweigert die Auszahlung.
Trotz vorgelegten und aktuellen Unterlagen (Banknachweis, aktuelle Rechnung, Screenshot der Einzahlung, Personalausweis) und Bantwortung von Fragen (Was arbeiten Sie, Wieivel verdienen Sie, welche Position haben Sie..usw.) die mehr als rechtlich fragwürdig sind, wird die Auszahlung verweigert. Eine Begründung erhält man nicht, nur das die Auszahlung storniert wurde. Der Support erfindet immer neue Ausreden (alle Dokumente in PDF hochladen, die Fragen werden einzeln nochmal als Email verschickt.)

Eine Einzahlung wird sofort angenommen, eine Auszahlung nicht gewährt.

Anmerkung: Es wurden alle Aufforderungen des Support oder erhaltene Email durchgeführt und beantwortet.

Auszahlung wird verweigert, aber alle Dokumente wurden geschickt

Ich bin schon lange da verifiziert. Nun wollen sie erneut ein Selfie und einen gültigen Pass haben. Alles geschickt! Dann wollten die meine Gehaltsabrechnung und Gehalteingang in meiner Bank sehen. Habe das auch geschickt! Dann wollten sie Gehaltsabrechnung und Gehalteingang über 6 Monate sehen. Habe ich auch geschickt! Ich habe also 12 Dokumente geschickt 6x Gehaltsabrechnung und 6x PDF Auzug der BDK mit dem monatlich Gehaleingang. Dann wollten sie das ich den kompletten Geldeingang und Ausgang meiner Bank schicke. Also wirklich komplett alle Überweisungen etc..

Habe leider dieses aus Verzweiflung auch geschickt. Nichts passiert. Es geht um 400 Euro Auszahlung. Ich weiß nicht weiter.. Die schreiben immer nur.. Dokument wurde nicht genehmigt Grund: " Please upload a full statement of your account, with all list of transactions for the last 6 months, in which we can see the receipt of your income in the account.. "

Bitte helft mir. .. Fühle mich schon schlecht, dass ich überhaupt alles preisgegeben habe.

SlotWolf Spielothek - Zahlung verworfen, aber trotzdem von meinem Konto abgebucht

Am 31.07.2021 um 4.22 Uhr habe ich via Skrill eine Einzahlung in Höhe von 30,00 € getätigt. Diese wurde vom Casino verworfen, aber von meinem Skrill-Account abgebucht. Screenshot von der Einzahlung etc. sind beigefügt. Sämtliche Versuche, die Angelegenheit zu klären, schlugen fehl. Livechat und auch E-Mailanfragen blieben erfolglos. Ich bitte um Mithilfe. MfG

Slotwolf - Keine Auszahlung erhalten

Sehr gehehrte Damen und Herren, ich habe am 12.07.2020 eine Auszahlung in höhe von 1.343,75€ Beantragt. Nachdem diese Auszahlung verweigert wurde, hab ich Kontak zum Kundenservice aufgenommen, diese teilte mir mit das ich verschiedene Unterlagen wie zB.Überweisung von einem bestimmten Tag etc. hochladen soll. Dieser Aufforderung bin ich nachgekommen. Als ich dann eine neue Auszahlung beantragt habe, wurde diese von Slotwolf angenommen.(Ich muss dazu sagen das meine vorherigen Auszahlungen nachdem sie Slotwolf angenommen hatte innerhalb einer kurzen Zeit am selben Tag auf meinem Bankkonto war.) Diesmal war es aber leider nicht der Fall. Am nächsten Tag 13.07.2020 war die Auzahlung immer noch nicht auf meinem Konto, also habe ich wieder Kontakt mit dem Kundenservice aufgenommen, die Dame meinte das die Auszahlung in Bearbeitung ist und ich mich bitte gedulden solle, ich bedankte mich für diese Info und wartete. Am 14.07.2020 wieder keine Auszahlung auf dem Konto, wieder kontaktierte ich den Kundendienst, diesmal teilte man mir mit das es ein paar Tage dauern kann weil ich die Auszahlung am 12.07.2020 beantragt habe also ein Sonntag/Wochenende. Auch das klang für mich plausibel, wieder bedankte ich mich und wartete auf den nächsten Tag. Am 15.07.2020 wieder keine Auszahlung auf meinem Konto. Wieder Kontakt mit dem Kundenservice aufgenommen, diesmal habe ich den Mitarbeiter (Alex) gebeten ob er mir bitte helfen könne, er bat mich um ein bisschen Geduld, er möchte mit der richtigen Abteilung kommunizieren und ist gleich wieder bei mir. Nach 10-12 Min bekam ich dann von Alex die Info das die Auszahlung beantragt wurde und ich bitte 24 Std. abwarten solle, auch hier bedankte ich mich und wartete auf den heutigen Tag. Heute 16.07.2020 wieder keine Auszahlung auf meinem Konto, wieder Kontakt mit dem Kundenservice, diesmal wurde mich mitgeteilt das da was schief gelaufen ist und meine Auszahlung meine Kundenkonto wieder gutgeschrieben werde und ich bitte Geduld haben soll. Damit gab ich mich nicht zufrieden und kontaktierte wieder den Kundenservice mit der Hoffnung einen anderen Mitarbeiter im Chat zu bekommen, dieses passierte auch, als ich ihm mitteilte was für ein problem ich habe und ihm auch ein screenshot von der Unterhaltung mit Alex vom 15.07.2020 zuschickte, wollte er das ich ihm bitte ein screenshot von meinem Kontobewegungen vom 12.07.2020 sende, auch dieser Aufforderung bin ich nachgekommen, der Mitarbeiter teilte mir letztendlich mit das er das der richtigen Abteilung weitergeleitet hat und ich dann eine E-Mail erhalten werde und ich bitte Geduld haben soll. Ich finde es sehr schade weil ich Slotwolf bis heute als eines der seriösesten Casinos gehalten habe. Und vorallem wenn man Geld einzahlt ist das Geld auch immer sofort drauf. Ich würde mich sehr darüber freuen wenn man meine Auszahlung neu bearbeitet und dann auch auf eine seriöse Art an die von mir angegebenen Bankkonto überweist. PS: Habe mir jede Unterhaltung mit dem Kundenservice auch an meine e-Mail Adresse geschickt.

Deposit didn't arrive after 7 days

I made a deposit of 750 and 250 euro. It never get into my account. Its now more than a week ago and when is asked customer support for help, they say that they have to wait for a answer from the provider.

But when I asked the provider (volt) they say they have already give the information. I can see on my bank account that the money has go to Slotwolf. And they should arrange that i get my money back.

So please help me.

Declining withdrawal of 900 USD for no reason

I'm a member of SlotWolf casino, fully verified, and have VIP status...I won 900$ and put it to withdraw, and then all hustle started...

I provided all documents I had been asked for, and even though I was verified, they ask me to upload my Id&selfie, documents from my business, banks statement from my business, bank statement from my personal account, and skrill statements all for the past 6 months, and I did. After that, they asked me to provide screenshots of withdrawals from other casinos, and I did...still not enough, after that they asked me for screenshots of withdrawals in all casinos for the past 6 months, and I did...Now they canceling my withdrawal without explanation...

Askgamblers, please solve this problem cause is getting ridiculous...I have all screenshots and chat transcripts, and I'm tired, I spent 2 days just calling banks, looking for documents, and finding all transactions they asked me for..

Refuse to cashout a full verified account

Hello,

I have a very big problem with the casino Slotwolf
My account was fully verified and I received my cashouts in the past without problems, after my 4k winning 2 weeks ago I had to upload my source of income ( they verified it) and my bankstatement past 6 month. all fine but now they dont process the withdrawal of 4k the past 2 weeks and hold me in line.

Either they say "I have to upload my source" which is done and verified or they say "they need to check it" I get trolled at its finest without receiving my funds.

Please help me to get my winnings.
