I made a deposit of 50 euros on the 28th of October, it is still being sent, operators tell me the same thing every day to wait... The money is still not been returned or put into my account. I hope to get my money back, it's not normal to wait so long it's my money and I don't want to lose it, I really hope you can help me get my money back, thank you very much for your understanding.
