Ignoring to pay my withdrawal

I am registered at Winscore casino with username: < username removed >. I made a withdrawal request of 1800 NOK the first time. It is now the second week and they have not paid my withdrawal. I deposited using Visa card, they asked for a Swift account to make the withdrawal payment, which I provided. After several days, without receiving the payment. I contacted Winscore asking why, they then told me it is my Bank that is not accepting the payment. I then contacted my Bank regarding this. My Bank told me they could not see any payment coming to my account. Winscore now offer only Crypto payment to pay my withdrawal because they know I do not have Crypto nor do I intend to have one. This is deliberate to avoid paying while returning my withdrawal to my playing balance account. I gave them my Mifinity account but they told me they will only pay with the crypto option they provide in my account. I hope you guys will look into this.
