Slotamba Casino - Payment still pending no answer

I have deposited quite s bit on this casino.

I won 1300 euros on Saturday 7th of October and requested withdrawal on the same day. Since then nothing,

I have emailed support twice but not have an answer, every time I go to live chat to ask chat keeps giving me the same answer, ‘its a different department and they will do it soon’ ,
