Dear Askgambler,

I am writing this complaint because I feel abused by the casino I am playing for over a half year, I have made for 60.000 euro deposits I lost some and I won.. after I had a major win of 42.000 euro I received an e-mail with the following quotes.

" I would like to inform you that from today that we will charge a 12% charge on all your payments made."

" This is necessary because you have reached the maximum number of withdrawals and we will share the cost of processing with you as discussed with the casino management (see also our general terms and conditions)."

"We'll deduct a 12% payout (regardless of the amount of your payout) and pay the remaining amount to you when processing your payout."

I am trying to get a hold of the chat for 3 days now they keep disconnecting me as I am asking where these terms and conditions are stated. The same issue with the VIP mail service I sent them numerous of emails they don't respond, my only way is to communicate through this website. If there charging me processing fee how could this be 12%. I want to know from Redflush where this term is stated? If there is such a term what payment provider deducts 12% this is to high. Today they deducted 12% from whole my balance( 5000 euro). I feel they have no right to do this.

Will the casino rep. please explain what they are doing.

I heard nothing from my vip manager, when I ask the VIP chat they say " send a mail " I did that it many times already.

They don't respond.

Manager talked to me and I am satisfied with the results this complaint can be closed as resolved.
