My withdrawal is pending now 5 days. I’m getting absolutely no where with online chat or email. My account is fully verified so there should be no need for any delays. I find this unacceptable to be honest. I’ve limited my account so I won’t gamble again until this matter is resolved and the withdrawal is completed. I’ve signed up through the ask gamblers link as I would always trust there recommendations. I will update here if there are any further revelations. If this is resolved promptly and rectified I will update also.

Please note that every withdrawal request is handled manually by our relevant team. In this regard there might have been a slight delay, however, the customer's withdrawal was approved, and funds were transferred to their account on 25.09.2024.

Your stating the withdrawal is processed 24/09/24 please explain how you process withdrawals in the future? It’s currently 11/09/24 sums this company up incompetent to say the least
