Hello, I had submitted a withdrawal request worth 17$ of LTC (litecoin) on 23rd April, 2024. After 2 days, I contacted live support and they said the withdrawal takes max 3 days to reflect in my account. So I waited and it's been 4 days. I contacted them again and they said its unusual and we are trying out best to withdraw but the withdrawal still doesn't come. I'm waiting since last Tuesday and haven't received the money yet.
