On 09/17/2024 I requested a withdrawal from my account. It's been 11 days and I still haven't received it. I contact the casino and they always tell me that it is being processed not to worry or that they are having technical problems. I have conversations with technical support if they are helpful.

Good morning, it's been 14 days and I don't have any news. They always tell me the same thing, that they are having problems, that it is pending and that I should not worry. Yesterday I contacted and they told me that they were going to do it immediately but it was not like that. I contacted again later but the excuses continued.
