Hello Ask-gamblers i really need your advise here....
Yesterday i deposited 45 dollars into betchan casino, i finished my wagering and ended up with winning of 3000 Usd, and i made a cashout request, and according to their website it takes max 2 hours.....
So after 2 hours i wrote to them asking where my winnings were, and i got the message they cant pay me because i have duplicate accounts....
I told them that i had no duplicate accounts, and they put the money back into my account again, and told me to make a new withdraval, so i did the 2 time, and suddenly my account was closed.....
I wrote in chat what was going on, and again they told me i had duplicate accounts....
I asked again what and when i should have made such accounts, but only answer was sorry for your inconvienience....
I turned 18 years of age, about 5 months: 3 July this year, and have never made other account, and because i already had one bad experience with a casino before, i made sure everything was in its finest order....
When i made my deposit yesterday from a verified skrillaccount to betchan, the account i had at betchan was already verified of them, and i had recived a mail telling me gongratulations you account in our casino is now fully verified.....I read their T&C very good and made sure to hold me inside the limit of bets wagering my bonus, and the last thing i could dream of doing, was to deposit there if i had any duplicate accounts.....
They not even one called me or tried to get in touch with me, even that i asked them for a skype-session or something like that, they just closed my account and took my winnings....And the refused to tell me when i was supposed to have made these accounts the accusing me of having....
Can it really be that a casino just can make something up, just to take your winnings, and thats just it, without listening to anything or give you a chance to know why and what reason, other than they claim you suddenly have duplicate accounts?
I am not the leatest in doubt, that because i made sure they had nothing else to put a finger on, they decided to come with some explaining about some accounts to avoid to payout 3000 Dollars to a new player....
Is there anything that i can do here, dont i have some rights?

Our Anti fraud policy terms and conditions 1.11 does state:

In case the player has duplicate account with bonuses, or same ID, or used few accounts in the same browser, or same playing scheme at both accounts, casino reserves the right to terminate such accounts and withhold the win.

We can provide AskGamblers all necessary prove of evidence by the request (two more accounts opened in 23 September 2016 and 17 September 2017, both receiving bonuses from BetChan)

All players who does respect our general terms and conditions does not have any problems enjoying our online casino. We wish you good luck and do not break casino rules in a future.

Yes please be my guest to do that, i strongly insist on that you do that.....
Can you please specify which parts of the T&C you have written above, you accuse me of violating?
By the way i turned 18 in July this year, and you are claiming that i already a year ago have made an account at your casino....
Beside that your also claiming that i once more, at the 17 September 2017 again should have created an account at your casino...
I encourage you to provide ALL the necessary proof you have regarding to these accounts, which you mean that i am the owner off,
and i believe that it is off course also including the IP adresses that belongs to these accounts....
Because only the account that i created have my IP-Adress........
I had it verified before i started to play....(And i dont believe you had verified it, if several other accounts with my IP-Adress existed)
My account do not have anything to do with any other accounts what so ever, and is the only account i ever had at your casino....

Thats great, me too....
There is a lot of people around sharing the same names, that is not equivalent that there is some big masterplan behind it,
and that your casino terms is not respected, as i also have told you earlier....
I wish you luck, and dont just confiscate other players winnings in the future...
