I have the same problem as my colleague.

I made a withdrawal on 03/17. the general conditions say that withdrawals are processed in 3 days.

And as soon as I contact support they tell me to wait not to worry. I don't know what to do anymore.

I need your help otherwise I think I will never get my money back.
